Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations and customer service to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and mentor store personnel to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure the implementation and promotion of store campaigns and activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience in retail management.
  • Desirable experience in the beauty industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff. Commitment to consistent and reliable service delivery.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; foreign language proficiency is desirable.
