Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Manage the store's profit and loss statement, including inventory discrepancies and operating costs.
  • Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
  • Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a positive and collaborative team spirit.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design customized internal career development programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team.
  • Strategic vision and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational retail environment.
