Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top talent, building an inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values.
- Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and mentorship to support team members' career journeys.

- Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapting swiftly to shifting priorities and opportunities within the retail landscape.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive overall store results.
- Experience in executing business plans to achieve ambitious targets.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within high-volume retail or hospitality environments.
