Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the store's client service experience, sales, productivity, and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture for maximum profitability and compliance.
  • Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
  • Monitor sales results and communicate with staff to achieve sales plans and operating profits.
  • Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs and events.
  • Maintain optimum staffing levels and recruit, interview, and hire for all positions.
  • Train, coach, and motivate department managers and leads to develop their skills.
  • Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
  • Make strategic merchandising decisions to grow the business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends.

Skills

Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel. Ability to maintain composure and managerial courage.

Experience

5+ years in senior management within the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
