Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store administrative operations to ensure compliance with Sephora’s standards, policies and profitability objectives.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols; provide weekend and holiday coverage as required.
  • Receive incoming merchandise, validate deliveries and liaise with the distribution center for returns and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inter-store product transfers and maintain accurate movement records.
  • Manage stock control activities, perform regular inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation to support store management and regional teams.
  • Promote adherence to company culture and operational best practices among store staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in administrative, inventory or stock-control roles—preferably within retail.
  • Proven ability to apply critical analysis and logical reasoning to operational processes.
  • Demonstrated organisation, proactivity and strong teamwork ethic aligned with Sephora’s values.

Experience
