Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear performance goals.
  • Oversee accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
  • Manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Optimise stockroom procedures and assess operational processes for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
  • Maintain an organised stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and offer expert advice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
  • Strong capability to develop and guide a team.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations issues.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
