Sephora Stock Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the receipt of merchandise and manage the transfer of products between stores.
• Oversee the return process of goods to the distribution center.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization according to the FEFO method.
• Ensure store maintenance and handle damaged or expired products as per company policy.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and uphold confidentiality of information.
• Participate in Operations team meetings for operational alignment when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained by the entire team.
• Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and organization of the backstage areas including stockroom, lockers, kitchen, and bathroom.
• Communicate stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
• Follow the LVMH group code of ethics and conduct.
• Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines and follow procedures for discrepancies.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing products in the stockroom.
• Update stock organization and signage as needed.
• Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a stock associate is desirable.
• Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
