Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including classes and events.
  • Support client service, sales floor standards, and team leadership.
  • Oversee Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
  • Develop and train beauty advisors and senior artistry roles.
  • Ensure effective use of technology innovations for an elevated in-store experience.
  • Manage the online reservation system for services and classes.
  • Execute training for new hires and existing team members.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain sales floor standards.
  • Engage with store brands and oversee vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners at all levels. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Experience

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
