Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client experience and manage all services, classes, and events within the store.
  • Support client service and sales floor standards while leading the team in service-related areas.
  • Develop and train beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles.
  • Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
  • Ensure beauty advisors are trained in technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Administer the Services online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
  • Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure sales floor organization and replenishment.
  • Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training with store brands.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Experience
