Sephora Canada seeks a Stage Experience Lead in Richmond Hill, ON — full-time retail leader overseeing on-floor teams and client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales-floor departments assigned to the store (e.g., Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare), ensuring consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model.
- Coach, develop and mentor on-floor cast to deliver outstanding client service, drive conversion and meet departmental sales targets.
- Manage client feedback and escalations; ensure timely follow-up and partnership with store leadership to resolve client-related issues.
- Ensure all selling cast are trained and competent in Client Interactive Technology and other in-store digital tools.
- Support planning and execution of in-store events and activations to drive traffic, sales and client engagement.
- Monitor department performance, identify business opportunities and partner with management on corrective actions and merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience in a high-volume beauty or specialty store, or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail teams; demonstrated coaching and performance-management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering excellent client service and handling escalations professionally.
- Comfortable working with in-store technology and adapting to evolving digital selling tools.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within beauty or specialty retail, with demonstrated success in team development, sales-driving initiatives and client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.
