Sephora Auckland seeks a Temporary Skincare Specialist (fixed-term) to deliver expert skin consultations and support store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert one-to-one skincare consultations and in‑store skin services that create memorable customer experiences and drive client loyalty.
- Recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, techniques and routines; educate clients on product benefits and CRM membership advantages.
- Contribute to sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and proactive client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock integrity and present a polished, welcoming sales floor.
- Support store events, promotions and priorities; participate in in‑store training and cross‑training to broaden brand and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in skincare, skin services or beauty retail.
- Proven retail sales experience with strong client relationship skills.
- Certificate or diploma in skincare/beauty therapy highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and before/after standard store hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance with capacity to adapt to changing store priorities.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in skincare or skin services, ideally within a beauty retail environment supporting consultative sales and client treatments.
Education
Certificate or diploma in skincare, beauty therapy or related qualification preferred.
