Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers and assisting them in selecting suitable products.
- Complete foundational training through Sephora University and participate in brand and in-store training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
