Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on product selection and ensuring adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Complete Sephora University training and participate in brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
