Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniforms, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Prepare product displays and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
