Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the brand's image.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training programs and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and 8-hour workdays.
