Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations, including design, customer experience, sales processes, and inventory management.
- Ensure alignment between corporate standards and store-level execution to maintain operational consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontline feedback into SOPs and align them with training and performance metrics.
- Design and implement a structured store audit program to ensure compliance with SOPs and document findings for corrective actions.
- Oversee the creation of engaging SOP training materials and support certification programs for store teams.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SOP compliance and leverage data to propose performance enhancements.
- Champion a culture of SOP discipline and ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in retail operations, process standardization, or SOP management within a multi-unit retail or consumer brand environment.
- Proven track record in building and scaling SOP frameworks from concept to enterprise-wide rollout.
- Strong analytical, project management, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end store operations, including design, staffing, service delivery, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Experience
8+ years in retail operations, process standardization, or SOP management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
