Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations to ensure high-quality customer service and optimal shopping experiences.
  • Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets by motivating staff and handling customer complaints.
  • Oversee product display management to ensure full stock presentation and cleanliness of testers.
  • Supervise inventory management, ensuring accurate stock counts and compliance with audit processes.
  • Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance to maintain store standards.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by creating a comfortable shopping environment and achieving service KPIs.
  • Act as floor manager, managing operations to enhance customer experience and sales progress.
  • Support store management in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating employees.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Assist store management with external communications, including regulatory visits and landlord interactions.
  • Handle daily operational incidents to ensure smooth store functioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to plan effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Potential for management and a spirit of teamwork, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Flexibility to transfer between different stores within the same city as required.
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts as arranged by store management.
  • Experience in store support is preferred.
  • Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in an EBA role is required to apply for the SBA position.
