Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the sales floor, ensuring high-quality customer service and an optimal shopping experience.
• Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Supervise product displays and ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance.
• Create a welcoming shopping environment and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Act as Floor Manager, overseeing floor operations and enhancing customer experience.
• Support store management in implementing sales strategies and motivating staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Assist with external communications, including liaising with landlords and local authorities.
• Handle daily operational issues to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
• Potential for management and a collaborative team spirit.
• Willingness to relocate within the city as required.
• Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules.
• Experience in store support is preferred.
• Minimum of a vocational diploma or equivalent.
