Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
  • Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Motivate and lead store staff, handling customer complaints effectively.
  • Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.
  • Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and product recommendations.
  • Ensure proper execution of display management and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Act as a role model within the team, leading sales efforts during non-managerial shifts.
  • Assist store management with external communications and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Potential for management and team collaboration.
  • Willingness to relocate within the city as per operational needs.
  • Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules.
  • Experience in store support preferred.
  • Completion of Sephora University basic management courses.

Experience
