Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
  • Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store staff.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Understand and meet personal sales targets and KPIs, including exclusive brand sales and conversion rates.
  • Oversee display management to ensure product availability and cleanliness.
  • Monitor inventory management, including receiving, returns, and stock transfers, ensuring no discrepancies.
  • Ensure staff appearance and attendance meet company standards.
  • Create a comfortable shopping environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as floor manager, managing floor affairs and enhancing customer shopping experience.
  • Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Assist in external communications, including liaising with landlords and local authorities.
  • Handle daily store emergencies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Management potential and team spirit, with a willingness to learn and share.
  • Flexibility to transfer between different stores within the same city as required.
  • Punctuality according to store manager's schedule.
  • Experience in store support is preferred.
  • Secondary education or higher.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficient in inventory and display management. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in an EBA position is required to apply for the SBA role.

Education

Secondary education or higher.
