Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
  • Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store employees.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and other KPIs such as exclusive brand sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
  • Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and recommending suitable products.
  • Oversee merchandise display management, ensuring product availability and cleanliness.
  • Supervise inventory management, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Check employee grooming, scheduling, and attendance.
  • Create a comfortable shopping environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure completion of store service indicators, including membership binding and beauty services.
  • Act as floor manager, managing floor affairs, enhancing customer shopping experience, and promoting sales targets.
  • Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating employees to achieve store KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Assist store manager with external communications, including handling business visits and liaising with local authorities.
  • Handle daily store emergencies to ensure normal operations.
  • Perform tasks related to store operations as assigned by superiors or store manager.
  • Participate in company or department-organized projects.
  • Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to plan work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Potential for management and a spirit of teamwork, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Willingness to transfer between different stores within the same city as per operational needs.
  • Punctual attendance according to shifts arranged by the store manager.
  • Experience in store support is preferred.
  • Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams, with further advancement in floor management courses.
  • At least six months of experience in the EBA position before applying for the SBA position.
  • No customer complaints or disciplinary warnings in the past six months.

Experience

At least six months of experience in a similar role within the beauty retail sector.

Education

Secondary school diploma or higher.
