Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
  • Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Execute visual merchandising to maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of testers.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, returns, stock transfers, and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to store service standards, including membership binding and beauty services.
  • Act as a floor manager, managing floor affairs and enhancing customer shopping experience.
  • Assist store management in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating staff to meet KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment and handle daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with potential for management and a spirit of teamwork.
  • Willingness to relocate within the city as per operational needs.
  • Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules as assigned by the store manager.
  • Experience in store support is preferred.
  • Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in a Beauty Advisor role, with a track record of meeting KPIs and no customer complaints in the past six months.

Education

Diploma or higher education.
