Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated department.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
  • Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Critical analysis and logical reasoning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with clients and staff. Capability to operate a cash register when necessary. Flexibility and availability. Knowledge of cosmetic product application. Adherence to dress code. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
