Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Rouen, France — permanent full‑time role leading a beauty sales team (35h/week).
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk or Operations), organising and planning the team’s daily activity to meet commercial and human-development objectives.
- Drive sales growth by activating merchandising, service and promotional levers in line with the store’s development plan.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Build and transmit in-depth product and service knowledge to the team to raise sell-through and client satisfaction.
- Monitor performance indicators, manage staffing and schedules, and propose operational improvements to optimise results.
Qualifications
- Proven first-line managerial experience in a customer-facing retail environment is required.
- Demonstrable commercial orientation with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to engage and develop teams.
- Intellectual agility, proactivity and an ability to propose pragmatic solutions in a fast-changing environment.

Experience
A first successful managerial experience in a customer-service-driven retail environment, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary studies in business, retail management or cosmetics/beauty are a plus.
