Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead a designated sales area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside a store manager or department supervisor.
  • Organise and plan daily commercial activity, staffing and schedules to meet the perimeter’s sales and service objectives.
  • Implement and animate growth levers from the commercial development plan; propose initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support visual merchandising and operational standards to ensure product availability, presentation and client journey excellence.
  • Monitor performance metrics for the assigned area and contribute to local reporting and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; currently enrolled or intending to enrol in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial management, retail management or equivalent (alternance/work‑study).
  • Demonstrated client‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to lead and inspire small teams; strong organisational aptitude and prioritisation skills.
  • Willingness to work on site in Colmar and to commit to a structured alternance programme.

Experience

Entry‑level: suitable for recent graduates or students seeking a work‑study (alternance) placement. Prior retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn and demonstrate commercial potential is essential.
