Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store leadership by co-managing the commercial performance of a designated department or axis (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in day‑to‑day operations.
  • Plan, organise and schedule team activity to deliver sales targets and operational objectives; activate growth levers defined in the commercial and people development plan.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors through on‑the‑job training, feedback and performance follow‑up to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Contribute to the execution of merchandising, product launches and promotional campaigns within the assigned perimeter.
  • Act as a proactive contributor to the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to improve sales, conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with store operational standards, opening/closing procedures and cash handling when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum; currently enrolled in or preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via alternance.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for beauty and luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and appetite to coach and mobilise teams toward collective targets.
  • High motivation, resilience and readiness to work in a dynamic, sales‑driven retail environment.
  • Flexible availability for on‑site retail schedules, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Entry‑level; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience who are enrolled in or transitioning into a Master’s programme. Past internships or seasonal retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
