Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
  • Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
  • Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
  • Convey product knowledge to customers.
  • Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
  • Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
  • Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's product, service, and event concepts.
  • Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory control and quality assurance.
  • Ensure store safety standards are met.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and special store events.
  • Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
  • Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
  • Complete all My Sephora Learning training programs.
  • Actively seek additional training when necessary.
  • Assist in training new consultants.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

Skills

Customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Logical reasoning. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly. Ability to operate the point of sale system, if enabled. Ability to handle and apply products to customers. Availability and flexibility. Adherence to dress code. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Experience

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
