Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales consultations to all customers.
- Maintain store appearance according to Sephora's standards and procedures.
- Greet and enthusiastically assist customers upon entering the store.
- Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.
- Participate actively as a motivated team member.
- Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Perform services as needed and pursue specialized knowledge in the field.
- Stay informed about market trends.
- Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Ensure product, service, and event displays align with Sephora's concepts.
- Maintain store cleanliness, maintenance, and organization standards.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
- Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
- Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
- Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
- Uphold store safety standards.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Be aware of special store events.
- Engage in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Possess knowledge of cashier functions if designated.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in retail or beauty sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
