Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales consultations to all customers.
  • Maintain store appearance according to Sephora's standards and procedures.
  • Greet and enthusiastically assist customers upon entering the store.
  • Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
  • Convey product knowledge to customers.
  • Participate actively as a motivated team member.
  • Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

  • Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
  • Seek additional training when necessary.
  • Assist in training new consultants.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

Experience
