Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer with enthusiasm and professional courtesy.
- Deliver personalised, expert product advice based on effective client probing and needs analysis.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product application on clients when required.
- Achieve store presentation standards: maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness and promotional concepts.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) and perform cashier duties when authorised.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in loss-prevention programmes.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies, procedures and LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
- Complete My Sephora Learning training modules and assist in onboarding new consultants.
- Contribute proactively to team initiatives, suggest improvements and help sustain an organised, customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
- Clear verbal communication and strong customer-service orientation.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours; reliable and consistent attendance.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system when authorised and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Willingness to learn product application techniques and participate in ongoing training.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: no formal experience required, though prior retail and/or beauty industry experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
