Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
  • Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
  • Convey product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
