Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Perform cashier duties following standard procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
