Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cashier procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store management in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and an 8-hour workday.
