Sephora is hiring a Sales and Service Leader in The Woodlands, TX to lead store teams and elevate client experience. $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours to achieve store performance targets.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate product knowledge, service delivery and loyalty enrolment.
  • Drive client engagement through personalised consultations, product recommendations and service excellence.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including training on product assortments, loyalty programs and brand activations.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure compliance with Sephora policies to deliver a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (3 years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving sales through consultative service and product recommendations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
