Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Sherman Oaks, CA to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire store team members by modelling exceptional client service and a client-first mindset.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate individual and team performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and proactive client engagement.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising, adherence to store standards and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning focused on service excellence, loyalty programs and product training.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes safety, respect and a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable scheduling and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
  • Strong client service orientation with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and a quick learner of product knowledge and initiatives.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for full-time scheduling (30–40 hours per week), including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
