Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals. Strong sales and client service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
