Sephora Colorado Springs is hiring a Sales and Service Leader. Full-time hourly role $24–$31/hr; lead the store team and elevate client experiences.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive client engagement, achieve sales targets and elevate the customer experience.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance conversations.
- Deliver expert product recommendations and support execution of loyalty programs to deepen client relationships.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
- Promote an inclusive team culture that prioritizes service excellence, safety and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven track record of driving sales and coaching teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment; demonstrated success in coaching teams and achieving sales goals. Three or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred but not required.
