Sales and Service Leader

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver elevated client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, performance conversations and targeted training in product knowledge and service standards.
- Drive client engagement through expert product recommendations, personalized consultations and loyalty program activation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling and adherence to store standards.
- Assist with onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain service excellence and brand compliance.
- Maintain punctuality, dependable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required for peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (supervisory or lead role preferred).
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly; comfortable with loyalty program mechanics and brand initiatives.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform the duties of a high-energy retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment; demonstrable success coaching teams and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced setting. (Some ATS records indicate a 3-year minimum requirement.)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or cosmetology/beauty certifications preferred.
