Sephora in Beachwood, OH seeks a Sales and Service Leader (full-time hourly $24–$31/hr) to lead the store team and elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
- Drive customer engagement through product knowledge, personalized recommendations and active selling.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and career development to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support onboarding, product training and execution of loyalty-program initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, store standards and loss-prevention measures.
- Manage scheduling and ensure staffing coverage during peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment that reflects company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated team development outcomes.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Strong sales aptitude and a track record of delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements (30–40 hrs/week for full time).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail duties reliably and punctually.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment with proven success in coaching teams and driving sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field is a plus.
