Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
  • Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
  • Deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving sales goals.
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand guidelines.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
  • Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.

Skills

Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
