Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, delivering personalised beauty advice and converting consultations into sales.
  • Develop and grow store sales by proactively recommending Sephora products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Create memorable, high-quality client experiences that foster satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Participate in in-store activations, promotions and commercial challenges to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and uphold brand presentation.
