Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver high-quality, personalized beauty consultations to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Recommend and demonstrate Sephora products and services tailored to client needs, actively upselling where appropriate.
- Contribute to store performance by participating in commercial animations, promotional campaigns and sales challenges.
- Support day-to-day store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and basic till procedures.
- Follow the formal alternance training pathway, apply learned techniques on the sales floor and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a specialization in sales and/or aesthetics, minimum.
- Candidate must be preparing or willing to enroll in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) program via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
- Motivated by commercial targets and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or beauty-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) minimum; enrollment in or intention to undertake a Bac+2 alternating/apprenticeship program (e.g., BTS) is required.
