Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, delivering personalised beauty advice and building long-term client relationships.
- Recommend and sell Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs to support store sales targets and commercial promotions.
- Create memorable in-store experiences through make-up demonstrations, product sampling and attentive client care.
- Participate in store events, merchandising, visual presentation and commercial challenges to drive footfall and conversion.
- Follow the apprenticeship training program, assimilate product and service knowledge, and apply best-practice retail techniques on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum French Baccalauréat, preferably in sales or esthetics.
- Enrolled or willing to enrol in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme via alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong client-service orientation with a passion for beauty products and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to store dynamics.
- Motivated, resilient, and ready to embrace a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level role suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; ideal for recent graduates or those beginning a career in beauty retail who are committed to learning through an apprenticeship.
Education
Baccalauréat (high-school diploma), preferably in sales or esthetics; candidate must be preparing or eligible to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification through an apprenticeship (alternance).
