Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty.
- Execute Sephora sales techniques and merchandising standards to create an elevated in-store customer experience.
- Participate in brand activations, store events and commercial challenges to achieve store targets.
- Follow the apprenticeship training programme, assimilate product knowledge and apply learnings on the sales floor.
- Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, basic inventory tasks and point-of-sale transactions.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales or aesthetics, or equivalent secondary qualification.
- Enrolment in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme delivered via alternance/apprenticeship is required.
- Strong client-service orientation, team spirit and a desire to learn and progress in retail beauty.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Suitable for candidates beginning their career or currently enrolled in a vocational higher-education programme via alternance.
Education
Baccalauréat (sales or esthetics preferred); candidate must be enrolled in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme via apprenticeship/alternance.
