Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty advice to build satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recommend Sephora products and services aligned with clients' needs to drive sales and basket value.
  • Create an engaging, memorable in‑store experience emphasizing beauty discovery and wellbeing.
  • Participate in promotional events, in‑store activations and commercial challenges to meet targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Record client interactions and follow up to build a long-term client portfolio (clienteling).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service consistency and a high-energy store environment.
  • Follow the apprenticeship training plan and apply learned techniques to daily retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales and/or aesthetics or equivalent secondary‑school diploma.
  • Enrolment in a work‑study/apprenticeship programme preparing for a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
  • Ability to work retail hours and participate in store rotations, promotions and events.
  • Motivated, team‑minded and resilient with a desire to learn and progress in retail.

Experience
