Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory control activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales goals and elevate the customer experience.
  • Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies to create a secure shopping environment.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and participate in store initiatives and trainings.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment, with exposure to inventory or merchandising preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele and peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform regular stock-handling tasks.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak periods including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
