Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exemplary customer service mindset.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, with two days off per week, and an eight-hour workday.
