Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
• Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer purchases following cashier procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store managers in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exceptional customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
