Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a positive first impression.
- Assist customers by offering shopping baskets and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Support the sales team with operational tasks, including preparing shopping bags and organizing products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and availability of shopping baskets.
- Assist in restocking shelves according to Sephora's standards, ensuring products are well-organized and visible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer service standards.
- Utilize radio and headset for team communication and demonstrate mobility within the store.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
