Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers at the store entrance, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
  • Support the sales team by preparing shopping bags, folding tissue paper, and organizing bags for customer delivery.
  • Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are clean and readily available.
  • Assist in restocking shelves according to category and price, ensuring products are displayed according to Sephora standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold customer service standards.
  • Utilize radio and headset for team communication and maintain mobility within the store.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.

Skills

Strong customer service skills. Ability to relate to customers respectfully and adapt to different profiles. Teamwork and operational support skills. Proactive in maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a focus on customer service and retail operations.
