Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and understanding customer needs.
  • Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
  • Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
  • Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.

Experience

Entry-level experience in retail or customer service is required.

Compensation

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
